Returns and Exchanges (U.S. Customers)
We do not provide refunds for products ordered due to a change of mind or incorrect choice of size, style, or color.
Is your product eligible for exchange or store credit?
Ready-to-wear products (excluding all gowns, customised products, and exclusions below) that are in new, unworn, and resellable condition are eligible for an exchange or store credit (unless defective, in which case U.S. Consumer Protection Law applies, see below). Gowns that are made to order and not in stock/ready to shop are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers must return their product to KYHA Studios within 14 days of receipt, at their own cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as KYHA Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns. I
Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether the product meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, the customer will receive either a store credit or an exchange. Store credits must be used within 24 months of issue.
How to return your item
Please complete the return slip included with your order, noting your contact details, reason for return, and preference for exchange or store credit. Include this slip with your return parcel.

Exceptional Products
Sale, Archive and Renew Items
All sale, archive, RENEW or discounted items are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange (unless defective, in which case U.S. Consumer Protection Law applies, see below).
Hygiene Regulations
For hygienic reasons, all undergarments (including shapewear and underwear) and earrings are ineligible for return or exchange (unless defective).
Made-to-Order Gowns and Customised Products
As majority of our KYHA Bride gowns and our customised products are made-to-order and created specifically for each customer, they are ineligible for return or exchange (unless defective).
Is your gown eligible for exchange or store credit?
Standard Size Gowns
All gowns purchased in a standard KYHA Bride size that are in stock and shipped within 7 days of placing the order (excluding gowns produced in a split size or with customisation or made-to-order timeline) are eligible for exchange or store credit (unless defective).
Customers must return their gown within 14 days of receipt (at their cost) for inspection. We recommend tracked and insured shipping, as KYHA Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns.
If the gown is approved as resellable, we will provide the customer with available options for exchange (based on size, timeline, and budget). If no suitable exchange is available, a store credit equal to the gown’s purchase price will be issued and must be used within 24 months.
U.S. Consumer Protection Law
If a product is defective or not as described, KYHA Studios will remedy the issue in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. We may, at our discretion:

Repair or replace the defective item, or

Provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
To qualify, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the item and provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
