Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Customers)
Thank you for shopping with KYHA Studios. Because our products span multiple categories, return eligibility varies by product type. Please review the relevant section below before submitting your return request.
KYHA WOMENSWEAR RETURNS (Non-bridal products)
If your Womenswear item isn’t quite right, you may return it for a refund.
Eligibility
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Return item(s) within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
Return Fee
A $25 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers your prepaid return shipping label and processing.
How to Return
- Email enquiries@kyhastudios.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will email you a prepaid return label.
- Follow the instructions to drop off or schedule a pickup.
- Once your item passes quality control, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for Womenswear.
KYHA BRIDE RETURNS (Bridal Gowns & Bridal Products)
KYHA Bride veils, accessories, party-wear and gowns that are in stock and not made-to-order may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Eligibility
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your gown
- Return within 14 days of delivery
- Gown must be in new, unworn and resellable condition
- Made-to-order, split-size and customised gowns are final sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for returning gowns at their own cost.
We recommend tracked and insured postage.
Exclusions (Hygiene)
- Earrings
- Underwear & shapewear
These items are final sale unless defective.
OUTLET, ARCHIVE & SALE ITEMS
All discounted, Archive, or Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at enquiries@kyhastudios.com with photos.
We will repair, replace or refund your item in line with U.S. Consumer Protection Law.

CYBER EXCLUSIVE SALE – November 26 to 1 December 2025
From 9am Wednesday 25 November 2025 AEST until 5.00pm Monday 1 December 2025, we will be holding a Cyber Exclusive Sale (Cyber Sale). The Cyber Sale is an online and retail event in KYHA Studios Flagship Boutiques (Melbourne, Sydney and New York).
Products available for sale during the Cyber Sale include:

styles that have been or will be discontinued and clearance of livestock (Sale Products);

products which have faults or defects and are sold “as is” in their present condition with the fault or defect described in the product description on the product page (Outlet Products);

Products and accessories which are not Archive Products or Outlet Products including but not limited to ready-to-wear apparel, jewellery, undergarments, hats and other accessories (PNA Products).
All products have been marked down from their recommended retail price. All marketing communications stipulating discounts are reflective of the discount from the products Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
Per the Terms herein, based on your location prices are listed in your local currency and applicable sales taxes and any relevant duties will be calculated and included in, or added to, the price based on your location.
Change of mind: Prices are heavily discounted for the duration of this Cyber Sale and we will not accept any returns, or offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any products.
Sale Products Product(s): Sales of Sale Product(s) are final unless faulty, in which case the process for faulty products outlined in our Terms herein apply.
Outlet Product(s): Outlet Products are sold “as is” in their present condition with any faults / defects described in the product description and will not be accepted for return for fault / defect. By purchasing a Outlet Product(s), you acknowledge and agree that you have read the product description and accepted any and all faults or defects described in the product description. Sales of Outlet Product(s) are final.
PNA Products: Sale(s) of PNA Product(s) are final unless faulty, in which case the process for faulty products outlined in Terms herein apply.
Due to the volume of orders placed in the Cyber Sale period, please allow up to 12 business days for your order to be dispatched for shipping.
