If you purchase your Chosen by KYHA gown in a KYHA studio, we host collection appointments in store. If you purchase your gown online or live internationally your gown is delivered directly to you via courier.
All Chosen by KYHA gowns typically require small to moderate alterations after creation to fit perfectly to your individual curvatures and shape.

What does Ready to Ship mean?
If a gown is Ready to Ship that suggests we have a gown created in your size ready to purchase and ship. Please allow 5-9 business days for your gown to be quality assessed before being dispatched. Additionally allow 4-10 business days for your gown to be delivered to you by our prefered carrier.
In house alterations are not offered for Chosen by KYHA gowns, however we can recommend a number of alterations specialists in Melbourne, Sydney and New York in studio or via email.
KYHA gowns are made to measure and the experience includes in house fittings and alterations.

The KYHA Studios experience includes a made to measure experience whereby small elements of customisation are often possible.
In some cases, we can create our brides a bespoke or customised gown that is not suggested online, for specific requests email [email protected]
Before your wedding, we recommend storing your gown bag in a cool, clean and dry environment.
After your wedding, we recommend dry cleaning your gown with a dry cleaner who specialises in wedding gowns specifically. If possible, we recommend purchasing a gown box to store your gown in. Ensure your gown box is then stored in a cool, dry and clean environment.
For all orders placed in Australia, prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
For all orders placed in the USA, the relevant state sales tax is added at checkout.
For all orders placed outside of Australia and the USA, prices inclusive of global duties andtaxes.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide any shipped carrier and customs with any request details to ensure their order is delivered in full.

Our sizes are unique to our brand and are based on a bust, waist and hip measurement. You can find our size and measuring guide on our gown pages, simply click Find my size.
Before purchasing, we recommend carefully taking your measurements. Should your measurements fall into differing size brackets, we do offer a split sizing customisation as an option for many of our gowns. This customisation comes with an additional fee.

We recommend measuring yourself with a soft measuring tape in centimetres.
For your bust:
Wrap the measuring tape around your chest lining the tape up so that it meets across your nipples or the centre of your breast.
For your waist:
Wrap the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, typically around your lowest rib.
For your hips:
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, typically at the top of the buttocks.

Your piece is made in the size or split size that was ordered at the time of purchase and cannot be changed thereafter.
All alterations and changes to gowns will need to be arranged after delivery at the expense of the customer.
