2. SPEAK TO AN ONLINE STYLIST
Do you need help deciding which gown is right for you? We invite you to book an appointment with our online stylist. This will take place via a fifteen minute phone call to anywhere in the world. Our online stylist will take the time to get to know you and your bridal style and will be able to answer any of your questions including size & fit, gown creation process, payment plans, international delivery & returns.

3. GOWN CONCIERGE SERVICE
A selection of gowns are available to experience via our gown concierge service, allowing you to try your dream gown at home before you buy. To enquire about gown concierge, first speak with an online stylist.
4. FOUND THE ONE? NOW FIND YOUR SIZE
Found the one? Congratulations! You are ready to take your measurements to find your size. Our online stylist can talk you through taking your measurements at home, or you can watch our video guide. We create gowns to suit every body. Our online stylist can assist you with finding the perfect size for you.
5. ADD TO CART
Once you have found your perfect size, add your gown to your shopping cart. Our gowns are lovingly made to your size and usually take between 4 - 6 months to create.
In a rush? We do offer a selection of gowns that are ready to ship immediately. If you require your gown in a rush, please reach out to our online stylist to find out what is available.
6. FINISHING TOUCHES
Complete your look with the perfect finishing touch. Our online stylist can provide personal styling advice including veils, jewellery & customised accessories to elevate your bridal look.
7. PAYING FOR YOUR GOWN
You can purchase your gown securely online using your credit card. Alternatively, we offer onedayPAY, a simple payment plan that allows you to split the purchase of your gown into 2, 4 or 6 monthly instalments. Our online stylist is on hand to help you every step of the way.
8. YOUR GOWN IS ON ITS WAY!
When your gown is complete, it will be shipped to you from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. All gowns are shipped complimentary, inclusive of taxes & duties (this means that you will not receive any additional charges upon receiving your gown). DHL Express is our trusted courier and together we deliver gowns with ease to our brides all around the world.
