A key sustainability initiative for KYHA Studios, Project Renew has been developed to minimize our environmental footprint.
KYHA Studios holds a deep-seated commitment to sustainability, which is reflected in our commitment to minimizing our environmental footprint.
Supported by three fundamental pillars - minimizing waste, reducing the energy required for the transportation of goods, and the adoption of eco-friendly materials - Project Renew is designed to extend our efforts beyond our current small production runs and made to order service to further reduce our environmental impact, with a focus on progress not perfection.
A key part of Project Renew sees KYHA Studios offer a special Renew Collection on our website. Here customers will discover a curated selection of brand-new KYHA Studios pieces which are either almost-perfect or recently discontinued.
The Renew Collection offers the eco or budget-conscious the opportunity to shop recently discontinued or nearly perfect KYHA Studios pieces with only minor flaws. By shopping Renew, customers will be saving carbon energy, saving water and reducing the energy needed for transportation.
RENEW PACKAGING
BOXES
The box your Renew purchase is sent in are made locally and 100% Recyclable once the magnets have been removed. They use a biodegradable lamination to protect the box and contents. The outer shipping box is also 100% Recyclable.
TISSUE PAPER
The tissue paper used to wrap your purchase is 100% circular and can be composted or recycled after use. It is made from FSC-certified, recycled paper and is fully home-compostable after use. It also uses a soy-based ink.
TAPE
We use biodegradable tape to seal our boxes.
STICKER
We use an uncoated sticker with blind embossing which is 100% circular and can be composted or recycled after use.
