COVID wedding updates
To all our beautiful Victorian brides,
The news we've all been waiting to hear has finally been announced - and were certainly not mad about it. Let's start with a big cheers to all our brides for being so strong, patient and resilient over the last eight months. This year has thrown all sorts of unexpected turns and it's finally time to get your wedding bells on. We have been filled with sympathy for anyone who's experienced wedding disruption due to COVID. No one knew what kind of year we were all about to experience and, here's hoping, it's something that we only go through once in a lifetime.
It hasn't been all bad news, though. Through COVID the way in which weddings are taking place has been reimagined. Brides have become rule-breakers. Gone are the days of the do's and the dont's, today, it's all about the couple and what's most important: sharing the love they have for one another and getting those all-important papers signed and of course, having the Best. Wedding. Ever.
We've had many questions from brides wanting clarification on the important stuff. Sadly, we don't have the answer to everything, but we do want to help and guide you as much as possible to ensure you have the best wedding with as little stress and worry as possible.
So what's new in Victoria? As of Sunday the 22nd of November, Premier Daniel Andrews announced that weddings, including receptions, can have up to 150 people attend. This comes as a much-anticipated relief for Melbournians - and to be able to continue their wedding plans is music to our ears. More importantly, it's time to find that dream wedding gown.
Our Melbourne studio is back in action. Consultations are limited, so if you're ready to start your bridal journey, get in touch with us online or give us a call. Were excited to a part of this once in a lifetime moment with you and we cant wait to welcome you back into our beautiful space.
